At the Roma Cultural Center in Darda, we held a workshop where participants learned how to create striking job applications, revealing the secrets of a successful application that opens the door to new opportunities.
We held a workshop on making job applications, which was specially designed for Roma men and women from our community. Through practical advice and creative techniques, participants learned how to write a professional and attractive application that can open the door to new job opportunities.
This workshop is of great importance because a quality application is not just a piece of paper, but a chance for a better future. With it, participants gained greater confidence in their abilities and prepared for a competitive labor market.
Together, we create equal opportunities and encourage greater inclusion of Roma men and women in society, because education and empowerment of each individual is the key to a better tomorrow.

In the next workshop, participants will create CVs that they will be able to attach to their job application! We will also conduct a job interview simulation so that they know all the steps of a successful job securing process!
This project was funded by the Commission for Monitoring the Implementation of the National Plan for Roma Inclusion, for the period from 2021 to 2027 with the funds of the Office for Human Rights and Rights of National Minorities of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
