Mediation and conciliation

Mediation is a process of conflict resolution through an impartial mediator who assists the parties in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement. It is conducted through structured conversations, where each party expresses its views and needs. We invite interested persons to approach mediation in order to achieve a peaceful and sustainable solution to the problem. This approach allows the parties to retain control over the process and make a decision that satisfies their interests. Mediation promotes cooperation, understanding and communication between the participants. It is conducted by licensed and registered mediators.

By entering into this cooperation, the Centre for Peace Osijek enables the provision of mediation services to conflicting parties and the promotion of a culture of peaceful resolution of disputes in its own premises at the address Trg Augusta Šenoe 1, 31 000 Osijek.
