We are proud to announce that on March 1, 2025, we officially launched the Health Literacy Education for Youth to Tackle Disinformation and Improve Well-being (HEALTH-LIT) project! 

The project's goal is to enhance health literacy among young people (ages 14-29) by equipping them with skills to identify and counter health-related disinformation, as well as to strengthen their digital readiness and resilience. The project is being implemented in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Italy, and Lithuania, with the active participation of young people, youth workers, and educators.

What will we do?

  • Conduct online surveys in five countries
  • Develop an innovative, multilingual health literacy program
  • Promote peer learning and train-the-trainer activitie
  • Create e-learning resources on health literacy
  • Organize webinars, training sessions, and awareness campaigns

What do we aim to achieve?

  • Empower young people to combat health-related disinformatio
  • Equip professionals with innovative tools and resources
  • Foster intercultural collaboration and social cohesion
  • Promote active citizenship and European values
