Yesterday, as part of the Erasmus+ project "Health Literacy Education for Youth to Tackle Disinformation and Improve Well-being (HEALTH-LIT) ", we held a local VOYS - training for youth and educational experts on the topic of health literacy!

During the training, participants explored how health information is created and disseminated through a series of interactive activities, how to recognize misinformation, and develop critical thinking and digital resilience.
Through joint games and discussions, they recognized their own habits and experiences in seeking health information, agreed on rules for a safe and encouraging workspace, and learned to distinguish reliable sources from fake news. In groups, they analyzed the main challenges that young people face when accessing health information, and then came up with creative suggestions and solutions for improving health literacy in schools and the community.
