We continue with the analysis of the political programs of our current political parties, and it is the Homeland Movement's turn.
The Homeland Movement mostly mentions women in the context of improving the position of motherhood, more specifically in the context of subsidizing mothers staying at home with their children until they go to school, where staying at home does not necessarily imply unemployment, but rather some kind of stimulation of educational and housework.
Also, women were mentioned in the part of the program related to the Istanbul Convention and the departure from gender ideology. Instead, it is considered that quality information for young people and other residents of fertile age is needed, as well as an increase in the capacity to accommodate pregnant women and young mothers without the possibility to keep their children in family environments.
The HM believes that the Istanbul Convention should be deratified as soon as possible, because, as they point out, it did not reduce violence against women or femicide, so it can be assumed that the program also aims for that, but there is no mention of the way in which this would be done. should be achieved.
Furthermore, they propose a ban on surrogacy.
In the end, women in the regenerative age were highlighted as one of the more frequent users of the health system.
