OBJECTIVE:
The project will enhance the social inclusion of 340 beneficiaries through personalized social services, including counselling, legal and psychosocial support, support/self-help groups, and meaningful community-based leisure and social activities in their local areas.
Out of the total number of beneficiaries, 140 individuals will receive at least 15 social services during the project implementation period.
TARGET GROUPS
- Adults with disabilities
- Older persons aged 65 and above
- Beneficiaries of temporary protection in accordance with the International and Temporary Protection Act
- Beneficiaries of subsidiary protection in accordance with the International and Temporary Protection Act
- Refugees (asylum holders)
- Victims of gender-based violence and domestic violence
- Family members and foster family members of the above-mentioned target groups
ACTIVITIES
- Provision of personalized social services, including counselling, legal and psychosocial support, support/self-help groups, and active leisure and community participation activities (2,300 services in total)
- Six public events promoting active participation and social inclusion
- A public awareness campaign featuring positive beneficiary stories
- Two press conferences (project launch and closing conference)

The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the Programme Effective Human Resources, within the framework of the Call for Proposals “Expansion of Community-Based Social Service Networks”. The total project value and the total amount of the grant awarded is EUR 276,252.06
